For the last twenty years, getting Formulize running well meant doing it yourself, or hiring us to build it with you. Now you can simply buy hosting, on our servers, in Canada, from $49 a month.

Formulize is still free, and always will be! But if you just need a place for it to live, there is now an easy way to solve that problem

Unlimited forms, unlimited users, unlimited data, and the full AI integration — on every plan. Nothing is held back for paying customers, and there is no cut-down “community edition.” You get the complete Formulize software, and we run the server, keep it patched and monitored, and back it up every night.

• Unlimited support and system configuration, by email, phone and video — tell us what you need and we will take care of it for you, with a first reply within one hour

Every hosted plan runs on servers in Canada, backed up nightly. How far back those backups reach depends on the plan.

Download it, run it on your own server, and pay nothing, forever.

Formulize will always be fully open source under GPL-2.0, and the master branch is always stable and ready to install, so you do not have to wait for a formal release to get new features.
