The details
- Your data stays in Canada, on every hosted plan.
- Additional training, data migration and system configuration. Available on any plan at $200/hour ($150/hour for non-profits).
- AI. If you have your own provider accounts, you can use those, or you can use our Claude account and we will bill you monthly based on your usage. You can also use a local model at no cost beyond your own arrangements.
- Support hours. Support is staffed 8am to 6pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Response times are measured within those hours.
- What a response means. Within the stated time, a person who has looked at your problem will tell you what is happening and what happens next. Putting it right may take longer than the response time.
- What “we will fix it for you” covers: returning your system back to working as intended. New forms, new features and changes to how your system works, are system configuration work, and will be quoted separately.
- A day means eight hours of our time, and can be split across more than one session — a full day of training usually works better as two mornings than as one long sitting.
- Onboarding and setup are one-time, at the start of your plan, and are not repeated each year.
- Online vs in-person. Orientation, training, support and all other services are provided online unless otherwise indicated. Travel expenses for in-person sessions are billed separately and are not included in the plan rates.
- Backups run every night. The most recent month is kept night by night; older restore points thin out to weekly, and then to monthly, as far back as your level allows.
- Custom web addresses require you to have registered the domain and have access to the DNS for the domain, so you can point it at our servers. We can help with registration if you haven't done that yet.
- Unlimited system configuration applies to modifications and extensions to existing features. Creation of new forms, features, processes, applications, etc, is not included. What is included and not included is determined at our sole discretion.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, either month-to-month or annual. Service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Taxes are extra.
